摘要
扭转梁后悬架作为车辆的一个重要的承载部件,受力较复杂。基于某轿车扭杆梁式后桥的实际结构,采用Hyperworks\abaqus对该后桥进行了有限元建模,按照整车在3种典型工况下的受力特征,对该后桥进行了强度分析计算与评价。
Torsion beam rear suspension as an important vehicle of bearing parts, stress is relatively complex. Based on a certain car torsion bar the actual structure of beam rear axle, using Hyperworks/abaqus finite element modeling of the rear axle, according to the vehicle in the force bearing characteristics of three kinds of typical working conditions, the strength analysis calculation and evaluation of the rear axle.
