摘要
涡轮叶轮属于流体叶片中型面比较复杂的一类,其叶片形状扭曲大、变壁厚,加工中易变形,所以给加工带来了很大难度。大部分整体叶轮采用压力铸造方法制造,而该方法虽然相对比较方便快捷,但很难保证叶片强度,其叶片的动平衡性也差。该文阐述了在四轴加工中心上进行叶片分段式铣削,而后叶片采用镶嵌式与轮体组成一体,极大地减小了变形,提高了质量,为复杂的曲面零件加工又提供了一个具有实际意义的方法。
The profile of Turbine impeller is more complex versus other fluid blades. Big distortion of blade, deformation easily and variation of thickness make mannufacturing relatively complicated. Pressure cast tech-nology is applied to most of enblock blade. Thought the technology is convenient and efficient,it is difficult to ensure the intensity and the dynamic balance of the blade. This paper expounds that the blade use the sectional milling in four axis machining centers and then is combined with wheel body by the embedded way,which re-duce the deformation,improve the quality and provide a practical method for manufacturing complex curved-surfaces components.
