摘要
目的探析肌内注射催产素配合手法按摩治疗产后乳汁淤积的临床疗效。方法选取2010年3月至2012年3月就诊于清苑县妇幼保健院产科单胎、无妊娠期合并症、无乳房缺陷的出现乳汁淤积症患者100例,采用臀大肌肌内注射催产素10 U后配合手法按摩后用吸奶器吸出乳汁,治疗3 d,观察患者治疗后的临床疗效。结果 100例患者中,治愈76例(76%),好转24例(24%),总有效率为100%;泌乳始动时间在24 h以内36例(36%),48 h以内49例(49%),72 h以内8例(8%),超过72 h 7例(7%);发生乳腺炎5例(5%)。结论肌内注射催产素配合手法按摩治疗产后乳汁淤积临床效果明显,可以缩短泌乳始动时间,降低乳腺炎的发生率,具有积极的临床意义,值得推广。
Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of intramuscular oxytocin with massage therapy postpartum galactostasis. Methods During Mar. 2010 and Mar. 2012 treated by Gyuaecology and Obstetrics Department of Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Qingyuan County, 100 cases of galactostusis featured with single birth ,no pregnancy complications, no breast milk defects were selected, intramuscular injection of 10 U oxytaciu with massage of breasts was given,and then milk was pumped out with a breast pump,treat- ment 3 d,and the clinical efficacy after treatment was observed. Resulls Among the 100 patients,76 cases （76%） were cured,24 cases （24%） were improved,and the total effective rate was 100% ;36 cases had lactation starting time within 24 hours,accounting for 36% ,49 cases within 48 hours,accounting for 49% ,8 eases within 72 hours, accouting for 8% ,7 cases after more than 72 hours, accounting for 7% ; mastitis occurred in 5 cases, accounting for 5%. Conclusion Intramuscular oxytocin with massage therapy has a significant clinical effect for postpartum galactostasis, which can shorten the initiating lactation time and reduce the incidence of mastitis, with a positive clinical significance, thus is worthy of promotion.
