摘要
首先对国内空压机在日常运行工况下所发生的典型磨损故障进行了详细阐述,然后依此作为切入点,论述了油液分析技术建立的理论基础和主要内容,并对油液分析技术在煤矿空压机润滑维修中的作用进行论证描述,主要是光谱分析技术、铁谱分析技术、理化分析技术在煤矿空压机状态监测与故障诊断中的应用方法。为煤矿企业安全高效的运行提供一个正确的理论依据和实践指导。
This article first domestic air compressor operating conditions that occur in the daily wear and tear typical faults were elaborated and so as a starting point, discusses the oil analysis techniques to establish the theoretical basis and the main content, and compressor oil analysis techniques in the coal mine in the role of lubrication maintenance demonstration described, mainly on the spectroscopy, iron spectrum analysis techniques, physical and chemical analysis techniques in the coal mine air compressor condition monitoring and fault diagnosis method. For the safe and efficient operation of coal minin~ enterprises to nrovide a correct theoretical basis and practical guidance.
