摘要
针对大型药厂监控现场监测点数量大、传感量种类多、布线复杂等特点,采用ZigBee无线技术对输液车间进行实时参数采集、处理与控制。考虑CC2530片内的8051内核处理数据能力较差,提出基于STM32f107vct6和CC2530的双CPU ZigBee无线节点接口设计方法。实测结果显示,该系统数据传输速率最高可达250 kbit/s,具有较好的可靠性和抗干扰性;系统采用ZigBee无线传感网络能更好地监测输液车间运行状态和提供实时、准确、可靠的感测环境信息。
In large pharmaceutical factory, large amount of points need to be monitored and so many kinds of the quantities are being sensing, thus the wirings are complicated. In accordance with these features, the real time parameter acquisition, processing and control for infusion workshop are conducted by adopting ZigBee wireless technology. Considering the poor data processing capability of 8051 chip inside CC2530, the design method of dual CPU ZigBee wireless node based on STM32f107vct6 and CC2530 is proposed. The results of practical tests demonstrates that the data transmission rate of this system is up to 250 kbit/s, the system features better reliability and anti-interference capability, the operation status of the infusion workshop can be well monitored by adopting ZigBee wireless network, and accurate and reliable sensing environmental information in real time are provided.
