2060铝锂合金搅拌摩擦焊工艺与微观组织研究 被引量:4

Research on Process and Microstructure of Friction Stir Welding Joints for 2060 Al-Li Alloy

摘要 研究了不同焊接工艺参数条件下,2060铝锂合金接头的宏观形貌和微观组织特点。结果发现,焊核区为细密的等轴晶组织,热影响区组织粗大,热机影响区组织发生畸变;焊缝前进侧界面清晰,后退侧模糊,当热输入因子较大时,前进侧界面也变得模糊起来。对焊缝进行无损和微观组织分析,均未发现焊接缺陷。拉伸测试结果表明,接头静强度达到母材强度的82%以上,较高的热输入利于拉伸强度的提高。以上研究表明:该合金具有较大的工艺窗口。 The morphology and microstructure of 2060 A1-Li alloy joints were studied under different welding parameters. The results show that the nugget zone is composed of equiaxed grains. The micostructrue of heat affected zone is coarse particles and the grain morphology generates distortion in the thermal mechanically affected zone. The interface of advancing side is clear, but fuzzy in the retreating side, with the increase of heat input factor, advancing side becomes blurred too. The welding defects are not found in non-destructive test and microstructure analysis. The tensile test results indicate that the static strength of the welded joint could reach 82% or more of the base material, and a higher heat input is conducive to the improvement of the tensile strength. All above work fully show that the alloy has large process window.
