摘要
通过对四缸发动机缸体两种铸造工艺的分析和铸造结果的对比,对较好的工艺方案进行了铸造过程数值模拟。结果表明,该工艺能消除铸造缺陷,提高铸件合格率。
Through the analysis of two kinds of casting processes and the comparison of casting results for four cylinder engine cylinder blocks, the forming process of casting with the better technology scheme was numerically simulated. The results show that the process can eliminate casting defects and improve the qualified rate of casting.
