三丝埋弧焊粗晶区t_(8/5)预测方法研究

Study on Forecasting Methods of t_(8/5) Three Wire Submerged Arc Welding Coarse Crystal Area

摘要 三丝埋弧焊是一种既能保证合理的焊缝成形和良好的焊接质量,又可提高焊接速度的高效焊接方法之一。而三丝埋弧焊粗晶区的t8/5对焊缝性能有重要影响。本文着重通过有限元方法对三丝埋弧焊粗晶区t8/5进行预测,并与理论预测结果进行了比较,两种预测结果相近。 Three wire submerged arc welding is one of the highly efficient welding methods, which can not only ensure the good formation of welding line and high welding quality, but also improve the welding speed. And the t8/5 three wire submerged arc welding coarse crystal area has important effects on the welding performance. This thesis mainly predicts the t8/5 three wire submerged arc welding coarse crystal area by finite element, which is compared with the theoretical prediction results.
