时效对7A53铝合金焊接接头力学性能的影响

摘要 对新装备材料7A53铝合金采用先进的专家系统控制的脉冲MIG焊工艺,得到焊接接头,研究了不同时效方法对其焊接接头力学性能的影响并分析了原因。结果表明,人工时效后,抗拉强度(σb)约为母材的83%,屈服强度(σ0.2)约为78%;自然时效后,σb为母材的78%,σ0.2达75%;两种时效工艺获得强度均超过产品相关标准指标。人工时效最佳的时效温度为150℃;自然时效当超过35d后性能趋于稳定。 The new equipment material 7A53 aluminum alloy was researched by advanced expert control system of pulse MIG welding process. The effects on the mechanical properties of the welded joint were studied in the different aging methods and the reasons were analyzed. The results show that the value of Rm is about 83% of the base metal and the value of Rp0,2 is about 78% after artificial aging; the value of Rm is 78% of the base metal, the value of Rp0.2 is about 75% after natural aging. The two methods of aging process reach the mechanical properties, which is higher than the related products standard. The optimal aging temperature of artificial aging is 150℃. Performance after natural aging tends to be stable when aging time is more than 35 d.
