胃癌细胞色素C氧化酶Ⅱ的表达与幽门螺杆菌感染的关系

摘要 胃黏膜细胞线粒体DNA(mitochondrial DNA, mtDNA)不稳定和核内整合可能与H.pylori感染有关。mtDNA因缺乏组蛋白保护,易成为H.pylori感染中氧自由基的攻击靶点。在胃黏膜上皮癌变过程中,细胞主要通过死亡受体途径和线粒体途径发生凋亡。
