摘要 胃癌是消化系统最常见的恶性肿瘤之一.尽管近年来世界范围内胃癌的发生率和死亡率在下降,但我国胃癌的发病率仍居于恶性肿瘤第2位,死亡率居第3位.手术切除是胃癌首选治疗方法,但由于缺乏典型早期症状,多数患者就诊时已处于中晚期,因此效果并不理想.过去几十年,大量研究发现一系列涉及胃癌发生发展的驱动基因,以之为基础的分子靶向药物也不断出现,很大程度上提高了胃癌治疗的有效率,对指导胃癌的个体化治疗发挥了重要作用.本文就近年来在胃癌的分子靶向药物治疗方面的研究进展做一综述. Gastric cancer is one of the most frequent malig- nancies of the digestive system. Despite decreas- ing incidence and mortality rate, the incidence of gastric cancer still ranks second and the mor- tality rate ranks third in China. Surgical resec- tion is the preferred treatment for gastric cancer. However, due to the lack of typical early symp- toms, the majority of gastric cancer patients are diagnosed at advanced stages, and the prognosis remains poor. In the past decades, a large num- ber of studies have found a series of genes driv- ing the development of gastric cancer. Molecular targeted therapies based on these genes have been developed, greatly improving the efficiency of treatment of gastric cancer and playing an im- portant role in guiding individualized treatment of this malignancy. This review summarizes the advances in the molecular targeted therapy ofgastric cancer.
