摘要
针对现有测试工艺不能满足海上"三低"油气田快速、高效、经济的测试要求,提出了通过钻杆-油管小环空注气进行气举的多功能气举测试新工艺,并相应优化了气举阀、气举工作筒结构,设计了油管插入密封装置和钻杆升沉补偿装置。现场应用效果表明:所提出的多功能气举测试新工艺具有快速诱喷排液(返排残酸、压裂液)、变深度测试求产、下钢丝绳作业取样等多种功能,成功解决了常规测试技术在处理海上"三低"油气田时遇到的困难,加快了测试速度,节约了作业成本,为海上"三低"油气田的地层测试提供了有效的技术支持。
The conventional testing techniques can- not satisfy the requirements of rapid, efficient and economic formation testing in offshore "three low" (low porosity, permeability and saturation) oil and gas fields, therefore a new technology of multi- function gas lift test was proposed, including injec- ting gas through small annular between drill pipe and tubing, optimizing the structures of gas lift valve and unloading mandrel, and designing the tubing insert sealing device and drill string heave compensator. The application at the well site has demonstrated that this technology has multi-func- tions such as rapid flow inducing (drilling fluid, kill fluid, residual acid, fracturing fluid), variable depth production testing, wire line operations, so that it solves successfully the problems encoun- tered by conventional testing techniques in dealing with "three low" oil and gas fields, speeds up the test speed, saves the operation cost, provides ef- fective technical support for formation testing of "three low" oil and gas fields.
