摘要
目前我国的厌氧发酵沼气工程多是单一物料和单相发酵,产气效率不高。针对这一问题,试验利用干发酵和湿发酵各自优势,研究了两相厌氧反应器对玉米秸秆和鸡粪不同配比情况下厌氧发酵的启动过程。产酸相选用TS浓度20%的干发酵,产甲烷相选用TS浓度3%的湿发酵,发酵温度均为37℃±1℃。试验结果显示两相反应器均能较快完成启动。产酸相启动试验中纯秸秆组、混合组和纯鸡粪组的产酸相停留时间(HRT)分别为4天,6天和9天。产甲烷相启动试验中纯秸秆组、混合组和纯鸡粪组的产甲烷相启动时间分别为23天,21天和15天。
Most of the anaerobic fermentation engineering in our country are single material and monophasic fermentation, and the gas production eglciency is low. Aiming at this problem, "dry-wet two phase" anaerobic process could utilize the respective advantages of dry fermentation and wet fermentation. In this paper, the start-up of "dry-wet two phase" was ex- perimented with different proportion of chicken manure and corn straw. The acidogeuic phase adopted dry fermentation with 20% TS concentration, and the methane phase applied the wet fermentation with 3% TS concentrations. The fermentation temperature was 37 ℃ - 1 ℃. The test results showed that the two phase system could start-up quickly. The start-up exper- iment showed that the HRT of acidogenic phase of pure straw group, straw-chicken mixed group and pure chicken group should be 4 days, 6 days and 9 days, respectively, and the starting-up period for methanogenic phase were 23 days, 21 days and 15 days, respectively.
