摘要
本文采用化学共沉淀法,通过对湿凝胶沉淀物的陈化处理和冷冻干燥,获得了晶粒度为15—20nm的ZrO_2-Y_2O_3超细粉。所得粉料不仅尺寸小、分布均匀,而且不含有硬团聚体,所含软团聚体在成型过程中破碎。素坯中气孔的均匀分布为获得致密陶瓷体提供了有利条件。
Yttria doped zirconia powder with a super-fine particle size(15—20nm)and a narrow size distribution had deen prepared by gel precipitation and freeze-drying. Precipitate aging in organic solvent results in weaker agglomerates which are fractured during iso-static compaction.The pore structure of compact is advantageous for densification during sintering.
