摘要
目的掌握北京市丰台区2012年放射工作人员外照射个人剂量监测的基本状况,为加强和改善放射防护提供科学依据。方法采用热释光个人剂量测定方法对丰台区接触职业放射的医疗单位及工厂企业工作人员进行监测。结果①剂量均在职业照射剂量限值范围内,且普遍保持在很低水平,2012年人均年剂量为0.23mSv/a;防护条件普遍有效;②个别单位的所有放射性工作人员均受到1~3mSv的照射;③极个别放射性工作人员从单一实践中受到高于《电离辐射辐射防护与辐射源安全基本标准》(GB18871—2002)规定的职业照射剂量限值1/3的照射。结论北京市丰台区放射工作人员职业外照射个人剂量处于较低水平,放射防护工作效果良好。
[ Objective] To understand the basic status of personal external radiation doses among radiation workers in Fengtai Dis- trict of Beijing in 2012, provide scientific evidence for strengthening and ameliorating the occupational radiation protection. [ Methods] Thermoluminescence dosimetry was used to detect the personal dose of workers exposed to radiation in medical institu- tions and factories in Fengtai District. [ Results] ①The individual external radiation doses were lower than the dose limit, and most- ly maintained at a lower level. The annual person average dose was 0. 23 mSv/a, and the protection conditions were generally ef- fective. ②The radiation workers in a few institutions were exposed to doses of 1-3 mSv. ③Very few workers were exposed to the se- vere radiation in the single practice, which the dose was higher than 1/3 dose limit of the Basic standards for protection against ioni- zing radiation and for the safety of radiation sources ( GB 18871-2002 ). [ Conclusion] The personal dose of occupational external radiation among radiation workers in Fengtai District is generally at a low level, and the radiation protection shows a good effect.
