摘要
采用溶胶—凝胶法制备纳米TiO_2,并对纳米TiO_2进行表面处理,在大分子分散剂存在下,通过母料法工艺制备了纳米TiO_2/HIPS复合材料。实验结果表明,制备的纳米TiO_2/HIPS复合材料的缺口冲击强度、拉伸强度和弹性模量在纳米TiO_2含量为2%时上升为最大值,且复合材料的硬度、耐热性能、阻燃性能随纳米TiO_2含量的增加而提高。
TiO2/HIPE nanometer composites have been prepared by surface pre - treatment of nano - TiO2; selecting special macro-molecule dispersing agent(TAS) and master batch manufacturing technology. The results show that when the nano- TiO2, content is 2% , the notched impact strength, tensile strength and elastic modulus of TiO2/HIPS nanometer composites are increased to maximum. Hardness, heat distortion temperature and flame retardant of HIPS are also obviously improved while the nano- TiO2 contents are increased.
