摘要
以豫西风化煤为原料,采用碱溶法制备腐植酸盐,考察了碱液浓度、固液比、反应温度、反应时间、活化剂、分离方式等因素对制备过程的影响。结果表明:在风化煤10g,碱液浓度0.20mol/L,固液比1∶10,抽提温度85℃,抽提时间120min,加入复合型活化剂G 0.04g的条件下,可溶性腐植酸质量分数达到57.3%。制备过程中,固液分离采用高速离心分离,分离效率最高。
Humid acid salt was prepared from the weathered coal in west Henan by alkali dissolution to study the effects of concentration of alkali, proportion of weathered coal and alkali, temperature and time of the reaction, activator, separation way of mixture and other factors on the preparation process. The re- suits showed that the content of soluble humid acid of the product was up to 57. 3% on the condition that the mass of weathered coal was 10 g, the concentration of alkali 0.20 tool/L, the pro- portion of the weathered coal and alkali 1 : 10, the temperature and time of the reaction 85 centigrade and 120 min and addition of the mixed activator in the reaction 0.04 g. In the process of the preparation ,it's the most effective way for the separation process of the mixture to adopt the high speed centrifugal separation.
