摘要
为了有效提高高师院校的顶岗实习质量,培养具有教研能力的创新型人才,将指向课堂观察技能的合作研究引入顶岗实习模式,使师范生适应未来社会发展对教师的需求,是顶岗实习模式下的创新性探索。以课堂观察技术为基础,以合作行动科学研究为核心,阐述了构建师范生教学技能和合作研究能力的有效顶岗实习模式,为师范生的专业素质可持续发展提供了具体的训练方法。
This paper studies the quality of in-post teaching practice, creative education, and coopera- tive practice required for the classroom observations. Adopting classroom observation skills, the research- ers emphasize that teaching practices can not serve as the only activity, but also a cooperative activity. This helps with the in-post teaching practices, and the teaching capacities and skills of the learners.
