摘要
在纸浆造纸行业二噁英产生排放过程分析的基础上,提出二噁英污染防控对策。基于制浆造纸行业中二噁英的产生环节和污染控制方法展开探究。在二噁英的定义和特征分析的基础上,分析制浆造纸行业二噁英的产生原理、产生过程、产生量以及释放途径,并阐述制浆造纸行业二噁英污染防控手段,包括制浆过程二噁英污染控制、原料防腐和纸浆消泡过程二噁英污染控制以及高氯漂白替代工艺二噁英污染控制3个方面。最后,对纸浆造纸行业二噁英污染控制进行展望。
Based on the procedure analysis of the dioxin produced in the pulp and paper industry, the pollution preventing and controlling countermeasures were put forward. The researches on the producing link and pollution controlling methods of the dioxin based on the pulp and paper industry were made. According to the definition and characteristic of the dioxin, the producing principle, producing process, production and the released ways of the dioxin in the pulp and paper industry were analyzed. The pollution controlling methods of the dioxin of the pulp and paper industry were expounded, including pulping control, corrosion prevention of raw material, paper pulp defoaming process and the succedaneous technology of perchloric bleaching. In the end, the prospect of the pollution control of the dioxin was made.
