摘要
选用当地产胀果甘草和光果甘草,经适当工艺处理后提取其汁液,添加一定量营养成分及辅料,制成集营养与保健功能于一体,口感优良的甘草饮料。
In this paper,two kinds of licorice root(G.glabra L,G.inflata Batal.) in local area were selected to experiment,the solution were extracted by processing technology,the licorice root healthy drink with good nutrient and favor taste was obtained after adding a certain nutrition component and additive material.
