摘要
介绍了笔筒内带凸缘的电子笔笔身的模具设计。受产品空间限制,抽芯时要采用强制脱模的方式,为保证强制脱模的顺利进行,抽芯时模具上必须给塑件留有足够的弹性变形空间。利用顺序开模机构,增加分型面,使成型镶件与塑件之间脱离,形成一定空间,保证了强制脱模时塑件能发生弹性变形。
The injection mould design of electronic pen's barrel with a ringed flange in the pen container was introduced in this paper. Because of the limited space of the product, the forced demoulding was necessary for core pulling. It could be forced demoulding if the plastic had enough distortion space. Using sequential mould opening mechanism and adding the split faces, the insert molding was separated from the plastic part, resulting in the certain space, which ensured that the demoulding plastic can generate elastic deformation.
