摘要
离析试验法是目前国内评价聚合物改性沥青储存稳定性最常用的方法,以JTG E20—2011《公路工程沥青及沥青混合料试验规程》[1]中T 0661—2011的试验方法为依据,对改性沥青离析试验过程中影响因素进行探讨。结果表明:取样时试样的均匀性、试样在烘箱中的静置时间、盛样管封口后的形状、盛样管的几何尺寸等是聚合物改性沥青离析试验的主要影响因素。
The segregation test method is the most common evaluation method of polymer modified as-phalt storage stability. According to test method of T0661-2011 in " test methods of asphalt and asphalt mix- tures for Highway Engineering" (JTG E20-2011 ), this paper discussed influencing factors during modified asphalt segregation test. The results showed that uniformity of specimen when sampling, holding time in the oven, sample tube sealing shape and sample tube geometric dimension were the main affect factors on the poly- mer modified asphalt separation test.
