摘要
为了提高抗氧剂生产过程的自动化水平、产品质量的稳定性,设计了RSK-100过程监控控制系统,系统具备三冗余特点即:CPU冗余、通讯总线冗余、操作站冗余。系统主要由上位组态软件、S7-300西门子可编程控制器、以太网通讯模块、防爆安全栅、现场智能仪表等组成;操作人员通过上位组态设置现场智能仪表(调节阀、开关阀等)的控制参数,由西门子控制器S7-300进行神经元PID控制。
The RSK-100 process control system is used to guarantee safety and improve the product quality, Which is designed with CPU redundant, communication bus redundant and operating station redundant. The RSK-100 consists of monitor software, S7-300 controller, Ethernet module, safety barrier and smart instrumentation. Operators can set all the control parameters of site smart instruments, such as control valves and on-off valves, on the monitor computer, and the S7-300 controller will control the site smart instruments based on the given parameters with neural network PID strategy.
