摘要
应用XTT比色法检测IL 2的生物学活性并与MTT法和3H掺入法进行比较 ,结果XTT法较上述方法简便易行 ,结果稳定 。
IL 2 is a crucial factor in both immune reponse and regulation and detection of IL 2 is also an important consideration in related biological methodology.The T cell proliferation is identified by the effect of IL,Which is the regular function test used in IL 2 dependent T cell line.In this study the XTT method was introduced.
