氦氖激光并伐昔洛韦联合优质护理干预对带状疱疹96例的疗效影响 被引量:21

摘要 目的:探讨氦氖激光并伐昔洛韦联合优质护理干预治疗带状疱疹的临床疗效。方法:采用回顾性分析来我院皮肤科就诊并确诊的96例带状疱疹患者临床诊治资料,随机将患者平均分为干预组和对照组。两组均予以肌肉注射维生素B1,B12作为基础治疗;对照组单用伐昔洛韦治疗,干预组使用氦氖激光并伐昔洛韦联合优质护理干预。治疗后4周观察其疗效。结果:干预组患者皮损愈合时间及疼痛解除时间明显少于对照组,干预组患者总愈显率91.67%,明显高于对照组66.67%。随访干预组患者无遗留神经痛。结论:氦氖激光并伐昔洛韦联合优质护理干预治疗带状疱疹,可缩短炎症反应和渗出时间,促使局部蛋白质更新,加速组织愈合,临床疗效显著,安全可靠,值得临床推广。 Objective: To study the he-ne laser and cut yesterday galloway joint quality nursing intervention in clinical curative effect for the treatment of herpes zoster. Methods: a retrospective analysis to our hospital dermatology clinic and confirmed the clini- cal diagnosis and treatment of 96 cases of herpes zoster patients, average patients randomly divided into intervention group and con- trol group. Two groups were intramuscular vitamin B1, B12 as the foundation treatment; Control group to cut yesterday galloway ther- apy, intervention group using he-ne laser and cutting yesterday galloway joint quality nursing intervention. 4 weeks after treatment the curative effect was observed. Results: the intervention group patients with skin lesion healing time and relieve pain significantly less than the control group, intervention group patients were markedly effective rate was 91.67%, significantly higher than the control group 66.67%. No legacy neuralgia follow-up intervention group patients. Conclusion: he-ne laser and cut yesterday galloway joint quality of nursing intervention in the treatment of herpes zoster, can shorten the inflammatory response and leakage time, prompted lo- cal protein update, accelerate tissue healinz, clinical curative effect is distinct, safe and reliable, worthy of clinical t3romotion.
