摘要
采用苗期针刺接种野火病菌的方法,对收集到的烟草品种(品系)进行抗性试验,结果表明,在38个测试的品种(品系)中,大体分为中抗、中感和感病3个抗性类群,其中,感病品种(品系)4个,该类群病情指数大于70;中感品种(品系)20个,该类群病情指数介于50~70;中抗品种(品系)14个,该类群病情指数介于20~50.在所有测试品种中,十里坪烟抗性最低,可作为对野火病监测预警材料;桦甸柳叶尖抗性最高,可作为今后的抗性亲本材料.
Using the method of inoculating Pseudomonas. syringae pv. tabaci by needle-punching at the seedling stage,the resistance of tobacco varieties (lines) collected was determined. The results showed that the resistance of 38 varieties (lines) was basically classified into three levels, i.e. mod- erate resistant, moderate susceptible and susceptible levels. Among these, four were susceptible va- rieties (lines) with the disease index above 70, twenty were moderate susceptible varieties (lines) with the disease index varied from 50 to 70, and fourteen were moderate resistant varieties (lines) with the disease index ranging from 20 to 50. The variety Shiliping tobacco with the lowest resist- ance can be used as the material for monitoring and early warning P. syringae pv. tabaci, whereas the variety Huadianliuyejian with the highest resistance can be used as a resistant parent for resistant breeding in the future.
