摘要
介绍了梭车转向系统的梯形结构设计,转向系统中的转向油缸引入磁滞位移传感器,形成转向闭环控制系统,提升了转向半径的控制精度。通过建立速度控制与转向半径之间的数学模型,并利用行走变频矢量闭环控制技术,实现对梭车行走差速的精确控制,在实践中得到了良好应用。
The steering closed loop control system is formed referring the steering system trapezoidal structure design and the steering cylinders brings in hysteresis displacement sensor. The control accuracy of steering radius is improved. The mathematical model is built between speed control and steering radius. The accurate differential speed control of shuttle car tramming speed is realized and practiced in operation by adopting VF vector closed loop control.
