摘要
重点阐述了固液两相流泵的研究现状及其进展.在内部流动特性方面介绍了固体颗粒在叶轮内部的流动规律,研究了泵内部过流部件的磨损规律及抗磨措施;外部特性主要介绍了泵的几何参数对泵性能的影响.介绍了四种固液两相流泵的水力设计方法,并进行了分析,指出了四种设计方法对固液两相流理论发展的影响.从理论、试验研究和实际应用等方面分析了固液两相流泵性能优化的方向,并对固液相流泵的设计和应用作出了展望.
The article focuses on the progress in liquid-solid two phase flow pump research. In the internal flow aspect, the solid particles flow within the impeller is narrated, followed by introducing the wear relationships of passage components and anti-wear measures. From external characteristic aspect, the effect of pump geometric parameters on pump performance is described. Four liquid-solid two phase flow pump hydraulic design methods are analyzed, and the influence of these design methods on the development of the liquid- solid two phase flow theory is outlined. Lastly, pump performance optimization is discussed from the aspects of theory, experimental research and practical application, and the development trends of design technology and application of liquid-solid two phase flow pump are pointed out.
