摘要
目的考察盐酸氨溴索与痰热清注射液不同浓度下、不同溶剂中相互配伍的稳定性。方法用0.9%氯化钠注射液溶解盐酸氨溴索即为A组,配制成高、中、低浓度溶液(A1,A2,A3);痰热清分别以0.9%氯化钠注射液、果糖注射液、5%葡萄糖注射液稀释配置成B组溶液,各稀释成高、低浓度溶液(B1,B2,B3,B4,B5,B6)。将A组溶液与B组溶液两两混合,分别测定药液pH,观察药液外观变化。结果 A1与B组溶液均产生棕灰色或灰白色沉淀,并完全沉积于试管壁;A2与B组溶液均产生棕黄沉淀,并部分沉积于试管壁;A3与B组溶液无肉眼可见沉淀,但室温下静置48 h后亦有沉淀产生。结论在不同浓度下、不同溶剂中,盐酸氨溴索与痰热清注射液均存在配伍禁忌,高浓度盐酸氨溴索注射液与痰热清注射液接触极易发生反应、产生沉淀,且沉淀易于沉积。
Objective To study the mutual compatibility of ambroxol hydrochloride with Tanreqing Injection in different concentrations or different dissolvents. Methods Ambroxol hydroehloride was dissolved with 0.9% sodium chloride as the A group, which was allocated to the high,low and medium concentration solution(A1,A2,A3). Tanreqing Injection was mixed with 0.9% sodium chloride,fructose and 5% glucose for allocating to the B group solution,which was diluted to the high and low concentration solution respectively(BE,BE,B3, B4,Bs,B6).The A group solution was mixed with the B group solution in pairs. The changes in external appearance and pH values of the mixed solutions were observed respectively. Results The mixture of the A1 solution and the B group solution generated the brown- ish grey or grey white precipitation, which was fully deposited on the tube wall; the A2 and the B group solution were mixed, the brownish yellow precipitation was generated and partially deposited on the tube wall;the A3 solution mixing with the B group solution had no macroscopic precipitation,but after placing the mixed solution for 48h at ambient temperature,the precipitation was also generat- ed. Conclusion The incompatibility of ambroxol hydrochloride with Tanreqing Injection exists in different concentrations and different dissolvents. Moreover,the high concentration of ambroxol hydrochloride is most apt to react with Tanreqing Injection to generate precipi- tation and the precipitation is easy to deposit.
