摘要
按党的十八届三中全会的精神,我国成人教育将与普通高等教育、职业教育进行学分转换,这不仅使成人教育迎来了重大的历史发展空间和挑战,而且对整个教育都将产生重要的影响。但是,成人教育的现状及发展过程存在的问题也是不容忽视的,这些问题不解决会制约成人教育的发展并影响终身教育体系的构建和学习型社会的形成。为此,做好成人教育改革的顶层设计,选择正确的路径进行改革,实现政府相关部门的职能转变,形成成人教育的管理、支持服务、教学平台,推进和强化专业和课程设置、教学模式、教学评价改革是落实三中全会精神的需要,更是成人教育发展的必然。
To follow the spirit of The Third Plenary Session of the eighteen, there will be credit -exchanges among Adult Educa- tion, Regular Higher Education and Vocational Education. As a result, there will not only be spatial development, but also challenges for the Adult Education. In addition, important effects to education will exist. However, problems in actual state and development of Adult Education, which will do harm for the development of Adult Education and impede constructing a lifelong learning system as well as a learning society, shouldn' t be ignored. So, it' s necessary to complete the top design of Adult Education reforming and chose a correct way in order to transform governmental functions and form a platform for management, supporting service and teaching. And it is the requirement of The Third Plenary Session of the eighteen to enhance setting in majors and lessons, teaching modes, as well as re- forming in teaching evaluation. What else, it' s the path of Adult Education development.
