地面注浆充填加固技术在立井穿过多层采空区施工中的应用 被引量:8

摘要 马脊梁矿副立井和回风立井凿井施工中,需穿过侏罗系2号、11号煤层采空区。在凿井施工揭露煤层采空区前,采用地面注浆充填加固技术,使用水泥粉煤灰浆液,对采空区进行了治理。每个井筒在地面布置4圈注浆孔,圈径分别为24,30,60,72 m ,每圈布置4~6个孔,注浆压力2.0~3.0M Pa。副立井共注入水泥粉煤灰浆液16750m3,回风立井共注入17235m3,使采空区得到了有效的充填加固。2个井筒凿井施工时,均安全快速地通过了采空区。 In the mine shaft sinking operation of the mine auxiliary shaft and the mine air return shaft in Majiliang Mine ,the two shaft sinking operations were passed through the mining goaf in Jurassic Sys-tem No.2 seam and No.11 seam.Before the mining goaf of the seam exposed in the mine shaft sinking operation ,a surface ground grouting backfill reinforcement technology with cement and fly ash grout was applied to the treatment of the mining goaf.There were 4 circles of the grouting boreholes made around the surface ground of each mine shaft ,the diameters of the circles were 24 ,30 ,60 and 72m , there were 4~6 boreholes set in each circle and the grouting pressure was 2.0~3.0MPa.There were 16 750m3 of the cement and fly ash grout totally injected in the mine auxiliary shaft ,there were 17 235 m3 of the cement and fly ash grout totally injected in the mine air return shaft and an effective backfill reinforcement was obtained in the mining goaf.In the mine shaft sinking operations of the two mine shafts ,all two mine shafts were safely and rapidly passed through the mining goaf.
