摘要
为有效培养适应信息化作战的雷达装备人才,根据雷达装备技术的发展现状以及当前部队对各层次人才专业岗位能力素质的差异性需求,确立了"四会三熟两过硬"的雷达装备人才培养目标体系.从"四会三熟两过硬"的内涵、教学组训方式、教学实践平台、教材等方面阐述了"四会三熟两过硬"的雷达装备人才培养模式.毕业学员良好的岗位任职能力验证了该培养模式的科学性和合理性.
In order to effectively train the radar equipment talents adapted to information-based warfare, on the basis of the development of radar equipment technology and its current situation as well as the diversity demand for capable quality at various levels of talent speciality positions, this article sets up an objective system for radar equipment talents training with four-can, three-proficiency and two-strong. And it expounds such talents training modes with above-mentioned four, three, and two, in terms of its connotation, teaching and training patterns, teaching and practicing platform and teaching material. The good post-competency of graduates proves this proposed training mode to be of scientificity and reasonability.
