摘要
目的 为了解长期接触氟作业工人的慢性毒性及维生素C的拮抗效果。方法 对受试对象进行体格检查和生化检验。然后 ,随机分为 5组 ,每人每日口服不同剂量维生素C 30天 ,各组维生素C剂量分别为 0、5 0、10 0、15 0和 2 0 0mg/day ,再进行第二次体格检查和生化检验。结果 给予不同剂量维生素C后 ,生化指标及各种临床症状均有所改善。结论 氟对许多组织器官有不同程度的损害作用 。
Objective The article studied the chronic toxicity of fluoride on workers working with fluoride and carried out the vitamin C resist experiment.Methods The subjects were divided into five groups,randomly and supplemented orally with varied amount of vitamin C for 30 day,the intakes among five groups were 0,50,100,150,200mg/day per capital respectively.Results All kinds of symptoms can be alleviated by supplying proper amount of vitamin C the biochemistry index,such as blood Ca,P,ALP.Urine fluoride can be changed significantly.Conclusion The result implies that vitamin C can resist toxicity of fluoride.
