摘要
采用多次性训练y型迷宫法,观察古尼拟青霉对小鼠记忆的促进作用,结果显示它能对抗亚硝酸钠引起的短期记忆再现缺失和巩固不良作用,用本药后小鼠走迷宫错误次数明显减少,与亚硝酸钠组比较P<0.01。
A method letting mice go through a maze was used in our experiment. Paecilomyces gunnii showed an effect of improving the dysmnosia induoed by sodium nitrite. The results indicated that sodium nitrite was harmful to the behavior of learing and memory in mice. It enhanced erroneous times going through a maze in mice. Statistically significant differences between group treated by paecilomyces gunnii and the group treated by sodium nitrite are remarkably different (P<0.01). Paecilomyces gunnii was capable of antagonizing the deficit of retrieval induced by sodium nitrite. We consider that paecilomyces gunnii may be an effective memory-onhancing agent.
