摘要
针对火炬回收气带硫化氢的异常情况,提出保障性脱硫概念。对可选方案比较分析,确定采用吸附脱硫方案进行火炬回收气保障性脱硫。对吸附脱硫剂进行比较,综合考虑安全性和经济性,备选铁系脱硫剂、锌系脱硫剂和分子筛作为保障性脱硫剂。
The concept of protective desulfurization was proposed in order to solve the problem of the flare gas with hydrogen sulfide. Adsorption technology was determined to use for the protective desulfurization of the flare gas through comparing and analyzing the optional solutions. Iron desulfurizer, zinc desulfurizer, and molecular sieve were selected to used as protective desulfurizers after some adsorption desulfurizers were compared and both security and economy were considered.
