摘要
针对CO2水玻璃砂溃散性差、铸件清砂困难以及铸铁件粘砂严重等问题,论述了改善CO2水玻璃砂溃散性和产生粘砂缺陷的机理,研制了添加剂和相应的吹气工艺。结果表明:在水玻璃砂中加入添加剂后,型砂溃散性明显提高,且其残留强度曲线的"双峰"特征消失,出现一致下降的趋势;在铸造过程中,还可以显著减小铸型表面孔隙,使铸型与铸件间的界面层在高温下发生适度烧结和致密化,有利于防止金属液的渗透,防止铸铁件产生粘砂缺陷。
To solve the problems of poor collapsibility of COz sodium silicate sand and the burning-on defect of iron castings, the mechanism about collapsibility of C02 sodium silicate sand and the burning-on defect formation was discussed, an additive and corresponding blowing process were studied. The results show that after adding the additive, the collapsibility of sand was improved, the "double peak" phenomenon of retained strength curve disappeared. Retained strength entered in a downtrend. In the process of casting, adding the additive can reduce mold's surface pore, the moderate sintering and pyknosis will happen at interface of mould and casting at high temperature, metal penetration was prevented, and burning-on defect of iron casting was prevented.
