脑缺血后DNA损伤修复研究的进展 被引量:2

摘要 近年来 ,在缺血性脑损伤机制的研究中 ,DNA的损伤和修复引起了越来越多的关注。现已证明 ,脑缺血确实可引起DNA损伤 ,而缺血后DNA修复酶的变化和修复机制的失控均可加剧这一过程。文章着重综述脑缺血后与DNA损伤修复有关的酶的变化和相关机制。
