蛛网膜下腔出血诱发脑血管痉挛的分子机制 被引量:3

摘要 蛛网膜下腔出血 (SAH)诱发的脑血管痉挛是SAH致死及致残的主要原因 ,然而其发生机制目前仍不十分清楚。文章介绍了有关SAH对脑微循环 ,尤其是脑血管壁内皮细胞及平滑肌细胞的影响及其分子机制的最新研究进展。
