摘要
建筑业是当前全球和我国重要的环境污染行业,笔者针对我国目前城市建筑的"短命"和高污染现象,以"建筑隐含环境影响因子"概念为平台,完成了国内既有建筑更新改造全寿命周期隐含环境影响因子的测算并以其为输入数据,计算了其更新改造的环境绩效。计算结果表明,通过延长建筑的使用寿命,在其寿命周期内不断对其进行更新改造,降低拆除重建的机率,在减少资源消耗和降低环境污染方面具有良好的环境生态效益,符合循环经济和环境可持续发展的要求。
At present,the building industry is an important environmental pollution source at home and abroad.Aimed at the "short service life" and high pollution of urban buildings in China,the author takes the concept of "building contains environmental influence factors" as a platform,and finishes the measurement and counting of the contained environmental influence factors in the whole of service life cycle of the transformation and renovation of the existing buildings in China,and takes them as the input data to count the environmental performance of transformation and renovation thereof.The counting result shows,through prolonging the service life of buildings,continuously transforming and renovating the buildings in their service life cycle to reduce the probability of demolition for reconstruction can bring a good environmental and ecological benefits in reducing resource consumption and environment pollution,which meets the requirements for cyclic economy and sustainable development of environment.
