无人机遥感在台风灾情监测中的应用——以海水养殖蚝排灾情监测为例 被引量:8

摘要 台风灾害给我国海水养殖产业造成巨大经济损失。与传统灾情监测方法相比,无人机遥感因其机动性能好、空间分辨率高等优势成为一种重要的新型技术手段。论文以"尤特"台风后广东省镇海湾内某区域为试点,阐述并分析了无人机遥感在海水养殖蚝排台风灾情监测中的首次应用过程及效果。结果表明,无人机遥感取得了较好的效果,有效地推进了定量化灾情调查工作,为灾后准确评估灾情及有效防灾减灾工作提供科学依据。 The People's Republic of China is one of the worst countries affected by the typhoon in the world. The Chinese fishing suffers great economic losses every year. The UAVRS becomes an important means of disaster monitoring with characteristics of fast slew maneuver, high spatial resolution and so on. Taking Utor as an example, the paper presents the first application of UAVRS for disaster monitoring of fish cages in Zhenhaiwan of Guang Dong province. The results show that, the UAV remote sensing effectively promote the quantitative disaster investigation work and provide scientific basis for accurately assessment, efficaciously disaster prevention and mitigation.
