流向变换催化燃烧反应器操作范围的模拟研究 被引量:1

The numerical simulation of the operating region for catalytic flow reversal reactor

摘要 建立了处理低浓度挥发性有机化合物的流向变换催化燃烧反应器一维非均相催化燃烧数学模型,利用MATLAB软件编写程序,求解模型方程。研究不同的表观气速、换向周期、进口浓度条件下的反应器性能,确定出反应器最优的操作范围。计算结果表明:操作参数需要在最优操作区域范围内取值反应器才能正常运行,当操作参数超出该范围,反应器飞温或熄火,需要调整操作点,确保返回到最优操作区域范围内。反应器最优的操作范围的确定对于反应器的优化控制提供了重要的参考依据。 A heterogeneous one dimensional continuum model for low concentration of VOCs catalytic combustion was established. Effects of different superficial gas velocity, the reversing cycle, and inlet concentration on the performance of catalytic flow reversal reactor were numerically studied using Matlab sottware programming. Results showed that operating parameters needed to be in the optimum operating region to insure that the reactor could run normally. When operating parameters was beyond the scope, it was necessary to adjust the operating points to return to the optimal operating region range in case of overheating and reactor extinction. The optimal operating range provides an important reference basis for the optimization of reactor control.
