摘要
目的研究特质应对方式与学习倦怠的关系及一般自我效能感的中介作用。方法采用特质应对方式问卷(TCSQ)、一般自我效能感量表(GSES)和大学生学习倦怠量表对359名大学生进行问卷调查。结果①方差分析显示,消极特质应对方式水平显著影响学习倦怠(F=21.54,P<0.001)及其情绪(F=34.11,P<0.001)和行为(F=9.54,P<0.001)维度;积极特质应对方式水平显著影响学习倦怠(F=8.09,P<0.001)及其成就感(F=32.58,P<0.001)维度;②在积极特质应对方式对学习倦怠的预测中,一般自我效能感起完全中介作用,中介效应占67.0%;③在消极特质应对方式对学习倦怠的预测中,一般自我效能感不起中介作用。结论不同水平特质应对方式对学习倦怠有显著影响,其中积极特质应对方式对学习倦怠的预测是通过一般自我效能感完成的。
Objective To explore the relationship between trait coping style and learning burnout, and the mediate role of the general self-efficacy. Methods Questionnaire survey was conducted by 359 college students with TCSQ, GSES and college students' learning burnout scale. Results ①Analysis of variance showed that negative trait coping styles significantly influenced learning burnout ( F = 21.54 ,P 〈 21.54) ,emotional dimension( F = 34.11 ,P 〈 34.1l ) and behavior dimension( F = 9.54, P 〈 0. 001 ). Positive trait coping styles significantly influenced learning burnout( F = 8.09 ,P 〈 8.09 ) and a sense of accomplishment dimension( F = 32.58 ,P 〈 0. 001 ). ② It had entirely mediation effect of general self-efficacy when positive trait coping styles were taken as a predictor to the learning burn- out, and the ratio was 67.0%. ③It didnt work in mediation effect of general self-efficacy when negative trait coping styles was taken as a predictor to the learning burnout. Conclusion Different levels of trait coping style have significant effects on learning burnout. Positive trait coping styles can predict learning burnout by general self-efficacy.
