摘要
目的探讨大学生时间管理倾向、自我效能感与拖延行为的关系,检验自我效能感的中介效应。方法采用青少年时间管理倾向量表(TMD)、一般自我效能感量表(GSES)和一般拖延量表(GPS),对广东省5所高校600名在校大学生进行问卷调查。结果①时间管理倾向及各维度与自我效能感存在显著正相关(P<0.001),与拖延行为存在显著负相关(P<0.001),自我效能感与拖延行为存在显著负相关(P<0.001);②时间管理倾向对拖延行为有明显的直接效应(β=-0.497,P<0.001),而且自我效能感的中介效应也显著(β=-0.125,P<0.01)。结论自我效能感在时间管理倾向与拖延行为间起部分中介作用。
Objective To explore the relations between time management disposition, self-efficacy and procrastination of undergradu- ates,and verify the mediating effect of self-efficacy. Methods Questionnaire-survey was conducted on 600 undergraduates in 5 Guang- dong-based colleges and universities with Time Management Disposition Scale (TMD), General Self-efficacy Scale (GSES), and General Procrastination Scale(GPS). Results ① There was a significantly positive correlation of time management disposition in all dimensions with self-efficacy( P 〈 0.001 ), a significantly negative correlation with procrastination ( P 〈 0. 001 ), and a significantly negative correla- tion between self-efficacy and procrastination ( P 〈 0. 001 ). ②There was apparently a direct effect of time management disposition on procrastination( β = -0. 497 ,P 〈 0.001 ) and a significant mediating effect of self-efficacy( β = -0. 125 ,P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Self-effi- cacy has part of the mediating effect between time management disposition and procrastination.
