摘要
为减少跨既有铁路桥梁施工对铁路运营的影响,转体施工作为一种合理的施工方法越来越多地被采用,但对于跨客运专线采用小直径转盘及球铰的转体施工实践却很少。结合海青铁路跨胶济客运专线(40+64+40)m连续梁转体施工设计,介绍球铰选型、牵引力、倾覆稳定的计算方法,阐述转体系统、称重、转体等关键技术,并总结了转体施工方案。实践表明,所设计的小直径转盘及球铰的转体结构设计满足施工需要,转体施工方案满足铁路安全运营的要求。
As a reasonable construction method, the swing method of bridge has more and more widely been used for girders erecting across existing railway lines so as to reduce the adverse influences on operation safety of existing railways. However, there was little construction practices of girder-erection swing method with small-diameter swivel table and with spherical hinge across existing passenger dedicated line. In this paper, the design for swing-method construction of a (40+64+40)-m continuous girder of Haitian-Qingdao Railway across the existing Qingdao-Jinan railway passenger dedicated line was taken as an example. And then, this paper introduced the calculation methods of spherical hinge type, traction force and overturning stability, and expounded the key technologies of girder-erection swing system, weighting system, swing-method girder structure, etc. Moreover, the construction scheme of girder-erection swing method was summarized in this paper. It is proved by practice that not only the structure design of girder-erection swing system with small-diameter swivel table and spherical hinge can satisfy the construction requirement, but also the design of construction scheme of swing method can meet the requirement of operation safety of railway.
