摘要
旧堡隧道穿越太古代变质岩系,构造发育、岩体破碎,地质条件极差。隧道于DK28+e80~DK29+6e0段穿过断层及其影响带,施工过程中多次发生溜渣突泥突水塌方并引起初支大变形,严重影响施工安全及工程进度。结合该段地质条件,从围岩岩性特点、岩体结构特征、多期构造运动叠加及地下水共同作用等几个方面,探讨该隧道大变形的原因和机制,并阐述了后期施工中采取的加强结构支护、注浆加固、增设临挡护墙等处理对策,对类似工程地质条件地区隧道施工支护有一定的借鉴意义。
Jiubao Tunnel passed through the strata of Archean metamorphic rocks, where the geological condition is so poor that there are tectonic development and fractured rock mass. When passing through the fault zone and the influenced zone ranging from DK28+e80 to DK29+6e0 , some hazards occurred many times in the construction process, such as fragment falling, mud gushing, water gushing, collapse and so on, causing the large deformation of primary support and posing a threat to construction safety and project schedule. Combined with geological condition of this zone, the paper researched the reason and mechanism of the large deformation of this tunnel from relevant aspects, such as the surrounding rock characteristics, the rock mass tectonic features, the superposition of multi-period tectonic movements, the underground water interaction, etc. In addition, for the follow-on construction works, this paper proposed some treatment measures, including enhancing structural supporting, strengthening by grouting, adding temporary retaining wall and so on. This study can serve as a reference for tunnel construction supporting in the region with similar geological condition.
