摘要
文章结合兰渝铁路清水隧道施工过程中多次发生塌方事故的工程实例,研究分析了塌方原因,以及施工中针对塌方情况采取的洞碴回填反压结合临时支撑、小导管注浆加固、管棚穿越塌腔、泵送C20混凝土封堵塌腔并吹入0.5 m厚细砂以及换除侵限拱架等综合治理措施;并根据LTD探地雷达注浆效果检测、Midas GTS数值模拟,以及监控量测实测结果进行了对比分析。结果表明,塌方治理措施行之有效,治理效果达到了工程要求。
Several collapses occurred during the construction of the Qingshui tunnel on the Lanzhou-Chongqing railway. Based on the analysis of their causes, relevant control measures like spoil backfilling combined with temporary supports, condulet grouting, pipe roofing, cavity plugging with C20 concrete and 0.5 m thick fine sand as well as replacing the clearance-intrusion arch were carried out. A comprehensive analysis was also conducted using the LTD ground penetrating radar (GPR) test, Midas GTS numerical simulation and monitoring and measurement, which showed that these treatments are effective with results that meet the engineering requirements.
