摘要
以80 MN等温煤炭机械锻造液压机为研究对象,从煤炭机械锻造液压机的工作原理和控制精度要求出发,结合电液控制技术,采用PLC与PID闭环控制相结合的方法,研制了一种具有高可靠性和可维护性的锻造液压机控制系统,完成了对液压机的锻造速度和4个液压缸同步的控制。对液压机的各项参数做了测试,并给出了实际系统运行中采集的实验数据和相关曲线,实验表明,速度误差控制在5%之内,且动态响应好,同步精度满足系统要求。
80 MN isothermal forging hydraulic machine is researched, based on forging hydraulic machine working principle and control accuracy requirements, a highly reliable and maintenance of forging hydraulic machine control system is developed by the methods of combining PLC and PID closed-loop control, the industrial control system uses the combination of computer and PLC, completed the hydraulic forging machine speed and the control of synchronizing the four hydraulic cylinders. The parameters of the hydraulic press are tested,and the relative data and test curves are given in this Paper. The field control effect has been appraised. The experiment indicates that the speed error is controlled within the limit of 5%,and the dynamic response is good.
