摘要
高职市场营销专业校内实训基地是学生实践教学不可或缺的平台,校内实训基地建设的内容和质量也成为提高市场营销专业教学质量的关键因素.高职市场营销专业校内实训基地建设势在必行,但实训基地建设现有模式存在着模拟仿真软件难以完全体现真实的职业环境,部分实训软件设计不大科学,难以达到预期实训效果等诸多不足,必须通过适当建立一些更贴近实际业务的企划公司、校内分公司、实体商店,依托学生社团组织等多种形式的实体实训基地,加强高职市场营销专业实训教学,提高实训基地的实训效果,培养出更多社会需要的应用型营销人才.
The campus training base for higher vocational marketing major is an indispensable platform for the teaching of students' practice. Besides, the content and quality of the construction of campus training base are the critical factors for im- proving the teaching quality of marketing major. Inevitable as it is to construct the campus training base, there exist many defi- ciencies in the present model of the construction. For example, it is hard for the simulation software to thoroughly embody the real professional environment~ some unscientific designs of the training software can not meet the expected effects of the train- ing, etc. Consequentiy, it is necessary to establish some project companies, campus branches and entity stores which are close to real life business and entity training bases that are rooted in student groups and organizations, thus to reinforce practical teaching and enhance the teaching results and cultivate more socially-needed marketing talents.
