摘要
某型武器载车系统结构复杂,其故障具有传播路径多、故障现象描述存在模糊性等特点给故障诊断带来一定困难;针对该系统的故障诊断难题,提出了将模糊产生式规则和Petri网推理相结合的故障诊断方法;以载车系统底盘启动故障诊断为例,建立了模糊Petri网故障诊断模型,并详细阐述了采用反向推理算法的故障诊断推理过程,快速准确地实现了故障原因的定位;结果表明:模糊Petri网应用于故障诊断系统能加快推理速度,提高故障诊断效率,是一种行之有效的故障诊断方法。
A weapon' s carrier system has a complex structure, the transmiting paths of the fault are nu- merous and the describing of the fault' s phenomenon is fuzzy. These characteristics make the fault diagno- sis difficult. Aiming at solving the difficulty in the fault diagnosis of the system, a fault diagnosis method that combines the fuzzy generating rules with the ratiocination of the Petri net is presented in this paper. The paper takes the chassis' startup failure fault as an instance, establishes the fault diagnosis model based on the fuzzy Petri net then explains the reasoning process with the backward reasoning algorithm de- tailed and finds the cause of the fault rapidly. The result proves that the application of the fuzzy Petri net in the fault diagnosis system expedites the reasoning process in the fault diagnosis and improves the diagnosis efficiency. It is an effective method in the fault diagnosis.
