摘要
应用有限元软件ANSYS对国内某电厂亚临界抽汽供热机组旋转隔板进行流固耦合分析,对旋转隔板进行优化设计,解决生产实际当中卡涩问题,希望能够建立旋转隔板的计算方法和考核标准的平台。提高机组的安全性,降低机组的成本及整个工程的成本,为进一步研究提高机组效率和结构改进提供参考。
In this paper, ANSYS is finite element software is used to analyze the flow - solid coupling of domestic power plant extraction stream subcritical turbine control rotary diaphragm, to optimize the design of the control rotary diaphragm, to solve the jam of the actual production, to establish the platform of calculation method and assessment standards of the control rotary diaphragm. It will improve the safety and reduce the costs of unit. The article provides the reference for fur- ther research of improving the efficiency and structural development of the whole unit.
